The state of Minnesota has issued a proclamation identifying December 5th-9th as Inclusive Schools Week. In support of this proclamation, a group of organizations have come together and are offering a free community event on December 6, 2011 with Dr. Patrick Schwarz at the Bloomington Civic Plaza in Minnesota. He will be speaking on- From Disability to Possibility: The Power of Inclusion. Several school districts in the state are also celebrating in their schools in a variety of ways.
