Activities that Promote Awareness

This year’s theme is “Charting the Course for Inclusive Schools.” Atlanta Public Schools (APS) will celebrate the entire week of December 2-6, 2019 with various inclusive activities. The CLL program will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at 11:30 AM in the CLL Auditorium. Crystal Jones, Principal of Beecher Hills Elementary School, will be the guest speaker.

APS will also present eleven Special Education Teachers with the “Charting the Course” award. Additionally, APS will feature performances from Sylvan Hills Preschool class, Mary Lin Elementary School Adaptive Music class, a martial arts performance by a student at Sylvan Hills Middle School, and a display of Adaptive Art.
